Some companies use third party vendors to provide services to their clients. We can create a ticket on your company behalf to your vendors website and escalate it if need be. We will followup with the vendors until issue is resolved while updating your clients via the ticket system of their request.
We can escalate ticket request that we cannot resolved to your internal escalation team if you do have one. We will train our agents on your escalation procedure.
There is no contract to sign. You only pay for the hours you wants us to work on your support ticket system. You choose the hours you your prefer us to work on your ticket.
